Lead female character from Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio. The Mental Model (human avatar/personification) of Blue Steel's submarine, the I-401.
She has long pale grey hair (blue hair in the anime) styled in a hime cut with blunt bangs (rough bangs in the anime) and green eyes. Her standard outfit is composed of a short sleeve shirt, shorts, striped thighhighs, and shoes. In the anime her standard outfit is a blue serafuku with detached sleeves, and boots.
While the other Mental Models generally dub themselves after their ships, Iona's name is separate from the submarine, one she herself and the people within Blue Steel and its circle use. This is why Iona and the I-401 have separate tags in Danbooru.
