海拉 ヘラ

A playable character from Path to Nowhere, one of the two starter characters given to the Chief (player) in-game and a frequent character in the canon story team. Voice by Koga Aoi.

A B-rank Sinner, she is a petite girl from Syndicate who acts cute, but can also turn extremely violent when she does not get her way. Her alignment is Violence.

Hella has long lavender purple hair and purple eyes, is always seen wearing a white pom pom beanie with a bear sleep mask attached to the front and two safety pins clipped on the side. She also wears a black mouth mask on her chin.

Her clothing consists of a white halter dress (cleavage area held together by a safety pin), a grey jacket with button badges clipped on that is typically worn off shoulder and left open, a pair of grey gloves, and a pair of black mary janes with white ankle socks. The lower section of her skirt is slightly dirty and torn.

Uses a water pipe (Industrial pipe) as club weapon.
