A character from Genshin Impact, she is the Moon Goddess worshipped by the Frostmoon Scions in Nod-Krai under the name "Kuutar". She was formerly the third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, known by her codename "The Damselette".
She has very long black hair with a purple inner color, and normally keeps her eyes closed. Her outfit consists of a white mask, white crossed hair ribbons, armlets, white dress, thigh strap on her left leg, and anklets.
Voiced by Emi Lo (EN), Lynn (JP) and Yang Menglu (CN).
Like the other Fatui Harbingers, she is named after a stock character in the Italian theater genre Commedia dell'arte.
