One of the four main characters from Lucky Star. She's apparently an anime and manga addict or otaku. She also likes video games a lot and is quite skilled at them.
Izumi is a very petite girl who looks only about 12 to 13 years old despite her real age being actually much older (making her some type of loli bait to fellow otaku). She has very long blue hair with an ahoge, green eyes, a mole beneath her left eye, and permanently :3 shaped lips. Her serafuku is called ryouou school uniform.
