The red-haired character from the manga and anime Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (aka. Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon) by Takeuchi Naoko. Known as the Magician of Beasts of the Dead Moon Circus, and former antagonist of the Inner Sailor Senshi.
During the series she a part of the Amazon Quartet and fourth youngest sister (in the anime she is the second-oldest). Later in the manga she is revealed to be Sailor Vesta who protects Chibi Usa.
Voiced by Hagimori Junko in the 1990s anime, and Takahashi Rie in Crystal.
