Her full name is Shiina Tsumugi.
Tsumugi has low-tied long green hair with sidelocks, hair intakes, blue eyes and a brown halo. She wears a grey cardigan overtop a white collared shirt, a diagonal-striped green bowtie, a pleated green plaid miniskirt, white socks and a pair of black shoes. She also has a hairband and often carries a brown shoulder bag.
