She is a petite with green eyes and long white hair. She wears a white sailor hat, glasses, sailor uniform, one-piece swimsuit, pleated skirt, thighhighs, and high heel boots. Usually depicted holding or having a kel-tec ksg.
Strangely, she declares that she is a "spy" to everyone she meets.
