Kedamono Kangoku-tou is a doujin circle led by Rasenkiryuu, a web novelist/fanfic writer.
Most of artworks on his accounts/sites are actually illustrated by Tetete, an artist of his circle. Their weird Touhou 4koma series are plotted by both of them and illustrated by Tetete. The NicoNico video version of the series are encoded by Rasenkiryuu.
