Like other Royal Navy light cruisers, she is a maid, with long white hair tied into braids, and yellow eyes.
Her outfit consists of a frilled black dress, a black showgirl skirt with fishnets, black thighhighs, high heels, and a maid headdress. Her rigging consists of two separate hull parts in a design similar to Belfast's, but using 13.3 cm twin DP mounts (two each side), while she conceals her 53.3 cm triple torpedo tubes under her skirt.
