Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese battleship Haruna. Character design by Konishi, voiced by Touyama Nao.
She has long dull black/grey hair (with an often forgotten hairclip), and brown eyes. All of the Kongou-class wear a modified miko uniform with differently colored skirts (hers is red), thigh boots, and wear the same signature winged hairband.
She refers to herself in the third-person and has a warm, humble personality. Her famous line "Haruna is alright!" has earned her the nickname "daijoubu" and its own pool: pool #9955
