A Mage Queen who saved countless of lives in the ancient Navilian era. However, as a result of dabbling in forbidden magic as a means to do so, Elicia ended up causing an accident where her magical powers went out of control. She went berserk, and obtained the ability to spawn Beast Fiends, monsters who only crave for destruction and bloodshed. As a result, the ancients sealed Elicia away in the Conclusion Gate.
