A character from the series Girls und Panzer. She's the captain of Anzio's tankery team and the commander of one of their Carro Armato P40. Her real name is Anzai Chiyomi (安斎 千代美)[あんざい ちよみ].
Commanding officer of the Anzio High School team. Has difficulty with her cheerful and carefree team members, though she organizes them well. Is strongly praised by her members, being called "Duce (commander)" and "Nee-san" with friendliness. Although her real name is Anzai Chiyomi, she seems to prefer "Anchovy". Tank commander of a P40. In the match against the Selection University Team, she forcibly boarded the CV-33 as it's commander.
