黑塔 Herta ヘルタ ヘルタ(スターレイル)
A playable character in Honkai: Star Rail. Voiced by Yamazaki Haruka in Japanese and PJ Mattson in English.
She is the master of the eponymous Herta Space Station, who appears in the form of a puppet she modeled after her younger self, as well as an Emanator of Erudition.
She (or rather, her puppet) is portrayed with long brown hair with hair intakes, purple eyes, and doll joints. Her default outfit consists of a white dress worn under an outer layer black sailor dress, black beret with a purple flower, and black high heel boots. She uses a hammer as her main weapon.
