Litchi Faye Ling is a Chinese woman who lives in Orient Town as a doctor. She is generally respected by those who know her, and is even beloved by the Kaka clan of cat-people who live beneath the city.
She is also referred to as "The Boobie Lady" by Taokaka and most of the Kaka clan, for obvious reasons.
