The original meme is actually a juxtaposition of two separate unrelated images:
The two women are a crying Taylor Armstrong from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in a heated argument as fellow cast member Kyle Richards comforts her. Armstrong is shouting at a friend of another cast member Camille Grammer, unseen in the picture. The scene is actually a screencap from episode 14 of the show which originally aired in 2011.
The image of the apparently confused white cat is of one named Smudge with vegetables on its plate and the caption "he no like vegetals," originally posted on Tumblr in 2018 and gained over 50,300 likes and reblogs in one year.
Became a meme in 2019 after a Twitter user uploaded a tweet with the two images side by side without either of the contexts above, thus making it appear as if Armstrong is shouting at Smudge. Subsequent uploads by users across social media added an assortment of captions to the image pair.
