Her rig is identical to the Essex-class with a split-flight deck arrangement, but bearing Ironblood animal styles.
In real life, she was originally laid down and constructed as Seydlitz, the fourth Admiral Hipper-class heavy cruiser (not to be confused with the earlier SMS Seydlitz), but her completion as a heavy cruiser was cancelled in 1940 when she was almost complete to convert her to a light aircraft carrier. Her conversion was stalled in 1943 and never resumed, ultimately being scuttled in 1945. The Soviets considered reusing some of her parts for Tallinn, but no work was ever done besides scrapping.
