Lancer-class Servant from Fate/Grand Order. A version of Romulus with his full Divinity unleashed. He is first seen in the second half of the Greek Lostbelt, Olympus. There, Caligula uses himself as a vessel for Romulus' Divinity, allowing him to be summoned as Grand Lancer.
He considers himself to have ascended beyond gender as an ultimate being.
