    POWブロック

Common blocks in the Mario series. In the games they appear in, when they are thrown to the ground or hit in the air, their effect causes a large earthquake that causes all enemies on the screen to be injured. POW Blocks can be carried and thrown in most games, and some are required to complete the game 100%. Most POW Blocks are metallic blue, but some POW Blocks are red.
