When a character tempts fate in a way that is just begging for the universe to take an ironic dump on them.

Generally used in for situations somewhat similar to Digging Your Own Grave and Told You Not to Do That, except what is about to happen to the character isn't their direct fault, other than, well, tempting fate.

Avoid adding examples to this pool if the death flag tag would suffice.
