Jubei is an NPC in the Blazblue game series (playable in BlazBlue: Centralfiction) , providing a mentor role to Ragna and others at times. He was one of the Six heroes who defeated the Black beast, and as such, is an extremely powerful individual, despite his appearance. He is always in his trademark orange jacket, and has a patch over his right eye. For his weapon, he wields the Nox Nyctores, Mushasi, a large red and white hilted sword he uses infrequently, but to great effect in the story mode.
