Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Jintsuu. Character design by Bob, voiced by Sakura Ayane.
She has long brown hair with hair intakes and a half updo, and brown eyes. Her default outfit is the class' uniform: an orange shirt with white sailor collar, black neckerchief, black elbow gloves, black pleated skirt, black socks, and black shoes.
Her rigging consists of her funnels on her ankles, 14 cm gun mounts on both of her elbow gloves (with an additional aircraft catapult on her right), and two 61 cm quad torpedo tubes attached to her black belt.
