Fia, the Deathbed Companion, is a character in Elden Ring. She is one of the notable Tarnished mentioned in the introduction of the game, a deathbed companion, and one of Those Who Live in Death. She is found inside a small bedroom in a certain location in the game, and associated with a side-story in the game. Interacting with her allows her to hug the Tarnished and let them rest a moment in exchange for 5% maximum HP and a consumable item.
Interestingly, she has fully modeled legs and sexy panties (Deathbed Smalls, See post #5171632) underneath her robe. If the player obtains this armor item through being dropped by another in co-op, they will be banned from online permanently, as there is no legit way to get it without hacking the game
