The 4th costume of Nijisanji EN's Elira Pendora.
Dressing up for her birthday, she now has a very long straight blue hair with white inner hair colored, a black headband that created hair intakes, four hairpins with two of them in the shape of a cloud and Pikl, and a white ribbon that tied to the back of her blue head wings. She also goes back to covering her left eye with her long bang. She can also alternatively have medium-length hair.
It consists of a black choker, a long sleeves, open-collared white shirt with buttoned cuffs, and a cutout in the middle of the shirt, revealing her breasts with a cleavage cutout and framed breasts that have a green tag attached to the left side with "xxx" written on it. A string is also tied around the shirt collar with a padlock locked onto the string that also has "xxx" written on it. On her shoulder, she wore a grey jacket with notched lapels and a lapel pin that shaped like a cat (or Pikl). On the left arm sleeves of the grey jacket, she wore a grey armband that had "3W1W4" written on it (similar to her sub-Twitter account username). On top of her shirt, she wore a body harness that looked like a chest harness (worn underneath her breasts) with suspenders. She also wore black and white gloves with a heart cutout on the back of the gloves and a wristwatch on her left wrist.
For her lower body, she wore grey pants with a belt that has a belt buckle. On her right leg, she wore a thigh strap with thigh pouch used for storing her "DBJ" (Dumb Bitch Juice) juice box, while on her left leg, she had a charm of weewa with a purple ribbon that had "weewa" written on it attached to the belt with an o-ring. For her footwear, she wore a grey heels with a white socks. Her wings are also white now to match the theme.
Pikl also got a new costume, wearing a long-sleeved collared white shirt (also has buttoned cuffs) with a traditional purple bowtie and a white vest on top of the shirt. For its eyewear, Pikl wore white, rectangular glasses.
