Quanxi, also known as ‘The First Devil Hunter’, is a hybrid of the Crossbow Devil, former Japanese Devil Hunter, and infamous assassin from China.
Quanxi worked as a Devil Hunter in Japan and became known as the 'First Devil Hunter'. While working as a Devil Hunter, Quanxi was partnered with Kishibe while he was a young and new Devil Hunter. Upon their first meeting, Kishibe flirted with and asked her to become his woman. This was followed by her immediately slapping him across the face and soundly rejecting him. This same cycle would repeat over the next 9 years, until she realized she was interested in girls to which Kishibe admitted to having already known.
At some point in time after this, she left Japan and moved to China to begin work as an assassin for the Chinese government. She formed a harem of 4 female Fiends (Quanxi's Group) either before or after moving to China.
She is able to transform into a hybrid of the Crossbow Devil, triggered by pulling a crossbow bolt out of her right eye.
