The "Courtesan of Death," the leader of the Hyakka (guardians of Yoshiwara) and Hinowa's protector. She is a skilled ninja and proficient with kunai, but also doesn't ask for help. Tsukuyo is also easily inebriated and becomes violent when drunk.
