A common brand name imitation for the McDonald's fast food chain, commonly found in various Japanese media. It is typically done by turning the yellow M logo of McDonald's upside down to create a W, hence the name.
It eventually became an official brand co-opted by McDonald's themselves for an anime-themed international advertising campaign in Spring 2024.
