Her default outfit consists of a sidelesswhite dress, white detached sleeves, black thighhighs, white platform footwear, and a white hair ribbon. Her rigging consists of two separate pieces attached to her waist containing her five historical 20.3 cm twin gun mounts, 61 cm quad torpedo tubes concealed on the inner side of the hull rigs, two 10 cm twin DP mounts on where her rigs connect to the waist, and a katana attached to her left.
Historically, Ibuki and her sister, ultimately unnamed, were supposed to be successors to the Mogami-class cruisers, with similar armament. However, due to the increasingly dire wartime situation for Japan, Ibuki was converted into a light aircraft carrier. The war came to an end before she could be completed, however, and she and her sister were scrapped on the slips shortly afterwards.
