During the game, she is typically seen sitting on speakers, bobbing her head from side-to-side, however her animations typically change depending on the week. A good example of this is in Week 7, where she is being held at gunpoint by two Tankmen Soldiers with her hands in the air. During the final song in Week 7, Stress, the two Tankmen have been killed by Pico, and Pico is seen on the speakers instead, while Girlfriend is held up from her waist by Boyfriend.
