Starting sometime in late 2025, a company Saruei hired to take down leaks of paywalled content started issuing DMCAs en masse to every major image booru for all art depicting her, including artwork drawn by other creators. As of January 2026, virtually all images with this tag on Danbooru prior to late July 2025 have been expunged.
