Character from Gundam Wing. Relena is initially a normal school-age girl - however, a series of chance meetings with (unbeknownst to her) Gundam pilot Heero Yuy sends her life into a crazy spiral. She has long light brown hair, and somewhat of a disposition to get herself in situations where she could possibly be killed - sometimes daring Heero to do so.
While Relena initially believes her father to be Prime Minister Darlian, he reveals in his deathbed that she is indeed the younger daughter of King Peacecraft, and the younger sister of Zechs Merquise.
