A cross-section or x-ray that shows stimulation specifically of the inner front wall of the vagina, for example by a curled finger, a tongue, or in some cases a dildo or vibrator.
The stimulation should not be caused coincidentally by a vaginal object insertion that also stimulates other parts of the vagina (e.g. the mere presence of a penis, vibrator, hand, etc).
