Boob Shadow refers to a series of reaction images in which a shadow of large human breasts is cast upon the faces of various characters, most notably Apu Apustaja. The format is similar to Penis Shadow and has often been used for the purpose of hornyposting.
On September 9th, 2021, Twitter user sibi2028 (notable for creating trendy templates) posted a two-panel drawing executed in the same style (post #6141939), with the post gaining over 13,400 retweets and 59,000 likes in nine months. For posts which specifically reference the template, use sibi2028 boob shadow (meme).
