It looks like light/medium chocolate so she SHOULD be fine for a "dog" of her size. The worst case is she will most likely have a case of the screaming squits. Heavy/pure(bakers) chocolate is the dangerous stuff.
It would take a lot of chocolate to get a 50+ kg canine poisoned. The toxic dose of theobromine is 100+ mg/kg of body weight and chocolate bars usually contain 100-500 mg theobromine/100 g. So, assuming we're seeing a 55kg Momiji being fed a table of 150 mg theobromine/100 g (generic milk) chocolate, the man would have to feed her almost 4 kg of it within less than 20 hours to reach the toxic dose.
With very dark chocolate (1000+ mg theobromine /100 g) the amount needed to reach the toxic dose would decrease, but it would still be well over 300g, which is a lot.
Toxicity is in the dosage. Do remember this. And dosage must take into account weight. And when the weight is that of a human, you don't have the same dosage as you would for a dog.
Even higher. I think you could go with 110 pounds AT LEAST for an adult human female in weight, which means an even higher dosage. In short, I think she's gonna vomit before she can be poisoned.
True true. Though if they keep giving some to her constantly for a long period of time, her kidneys will fail anyway. that might be their plan rather than shoving 6-7 pounds of chocolate down her throat all at once.

The half-life of theobromine in the body is about 17 hours. So yeah, if you fed her baking grade chocolate every few hours. With milk chocolate, chances are she would suffer from a bilious attack before theobromine poisoning. But I already said all that in the previous post.

Because youkai are actually immune to physical illnesses as far as I know. No matter what you do to their body, it's impossible to harm a youkai. Only spiritual powers of the Hakurei shrine maiden or exorcists, and few exceptions like Mokou are able to damage a youkai by attacking their soul and mind.
So no worry about feeding chocolate to Momiji. If what I just said above is really true anyway.

Well I beleive you are correct on most accounts. However I remember reading that old fashion weapons do deal damage to them as it would a human only it's much much harder because they are built like tanks while humans are scooters in comparison.

As far as I know, you are not quite right. Youkais are just tougher than humans. That's all. You can still damage them with conventional weapons, not with just magic. They're just really hard to kill. And they can be poisoned and can fall ill.

Yeah, cuz' I read Akyuu's description of humans (taken from the Touhou Wiki) and she states that most of the populace of the Human Village are descended from demon hunters who settled in Gensokyo when the barrier came up, and as such most of the adults who can fight in the village are stronger than most minor youkai. She also states you can cut a youkai into pieces and most will survive and regen given enough time, so damaging them conventionally will work, it's just really hard to do.
