Of course, there's the fact that 9 times out of 10 he had just re-loaded his revolver.
Think about it though, at a range you're not going to be able to tell anyway. <- Speaks from experience.

Not only did she line the tiny eye up with the gun sights, earning her a spot on the Clever pool, that 3rd eye also sees the brainwaves of the human mind. Meaning Satori can headshot you with effectively 100% accuracy. If you have ANYTHING resembling a thought process, you're getting a round in the skull, guaranteed.

The ability to read minds would have no bearing on how accurate you are with a firearm, with the possible exception of trying to lead the target (and she doesn't need to be looking down the sights with the third eye to do that, anyway); Mind reading has nothing to do with visual acuity, manual dexterity, or familiarity with the weapon.

I suppose I should've elaborated, although you did point out at least one flaw in my logic. Satori can sense brain activity, and could in theory use that to lock onto a skull and aim straight at it. At that point, the only limiting factor is the accuracy of the firearm and the target's ability to dodge, the latter being rather downgraded since, you know, mind-reading 3rd eye locked onto your brain. You'd need muscle memory and instinct to evade Satori's predictions.
