I know it has the "all fours" tag, but it looks like the artist forgot the other leg. Unless I'm not seeing it.

It's behind her tail. Unfortunately, it's positioned in such a way that it makes it look like the tail has a stomach.

Pretty sure that's just the grey underside of her tail.
