I doubt the claim. I can't imagine an orgasm causing her to go into labor. If he broke her water and caused premature birth from that, it'd hurt the woman like hell, and the man would have to be hung like a horse. She'd probably stop him before he got that far.

Boy oh boy this H-manga, there are alot more of this then meets the eye. And I've read medical textbooks about the anatomy of human bodies. Could be the guy who made the tubes was just being lazy and made them bigger and wider? I've could've sworn it wouldn't be so thick and wide like that.

It can happen. During orgasm, there's a veritable tidal wave of muscular contractions, especially in the abdomen. It could cause a pregnant woman to go into premature labor due to that.
Also, lesser-known fact: the hormones released during breastfeeding can incite the pregnant woman's body to premature labor as well. This does not happen when the milk "leaks" without breast stimulation, as the physical stimulation of the breasts is what causes the production of those hormones.

But I thought I would add that breast stimulation is the least of it...the hormone you refer to is oxytocin, and it is released in huge quantities during orgasm. Oxytocin causes vaginal contractions during orgasm and labor both; the incidents are perilously close.
