Can't identify exactly which ship this is, or even which class this is, unfortunately, and the commentary isn't helping. The closest I could get was either an Asashio, Kagero, or Yūgumo-class, but the angle isn't the best for me to tell the distinguishing details between those three classes, let alone the specific vessel.
