What's the name of that strip of cloth hanging between her breasts?

It looks like a REALLY flimsy qipao (china_dress 'round here)...but at the same time, it doesn't.

Basically, the naked_tabard for anyone other than priest_(dq3) (Yukari, Ran, Kasen) are only used because we haven't found a tag that's really correct.
