Well, the image definitely came from that website, but there's no way that website is official. Do you really think an official PreCure website would have an image like this?

I thought it was an official website that had been hacked by someone who wanted to put NSFW images on it. Captures from the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine show that it was SFW back in 2019 and then became NSFW at some point after that:
