I have a question from someone that knows absolutely nothing about meat...
Why are these 2 drops more common than the innards Orin and Okuu pulled from the meat gacha?
Jerky(at least the ones sold in stores) is highly processed and consumption of it is linked with health issues. As for ground meat it's a good way to take byproducts or cuts that stayed on the shelf long enough to start looking manky and recycle them into something sellable. Meanwhile organs are full of nutrients that you won't find in lean meat.
