I think the bottom left finger at least is meant to convey motion. Also they do post a few WIPs on their Twitter with incomplete shading, which makes me think they're hopefully legitimate? Could be wrong.

Oh, I see what the finger is supposed to be doing now, it's a really uncanny afterimage of her flicking his nipple. In that case the foot's probably just a normal artist-fucking-up-feet.
