Mmm, According to the definition of Wiki, official_style is applied to fan art. However, Kurashima Tomoyasu is a Official character designer of I.S. (this is the doujinshi which he published personally)
In addition, there are similar examples such as the pictures of Strike Witches whom Shimada Fumikane drew personally.
I think that these do not apply to at least official_style.
