Considering her plans involve setting up Rito as what will almost certainly be a puppet emperor of a sizable chunk of the galaxy, they probably should.

Especially given that its not entirely clear if the puppet emperor thing is her ultimate goal or an unintended side-effect of her goal of orgy-potential maximization.
