Egeria literally did nothing wrong, the prophecy was all on Celestia being hypocritical dicks. Meanwhile, the only thing Furina knew about Archon-ing was acting like one because she was born to be a puppet, Neuvilette and the Palais were the ones actually running the country, and the one time she got involved in law personally, she was fingering an innocent for murder.
