迷宫饭美食-水煮大蝎子与行走菇🍄🦂

备菜区
大蝎子 逆生芋 新鲜藻类 干制史莱姆 行走菇 盐 酱油

制作步骤：
1⃣️大蝎子一定要把钳子头角尾巴都去掉，尾巴会导致腹泻，蝎子身上也要切上几刀，这样更容易煮熟，还能熬出高汤，让整道菜变得鲜美，内脏简单去掉，味道发苦，口感也不好
2⃣️行走菇的屁屁和表皮三厘米的部分要去掉但是脚很好吃，要留下
3⃣️逆生芋削去表皮后一分为二再切块，藻类简单清洗即可
4⃣️将干制史莱姆切段
5⃣️食材放入锅中，加入适量清水，盐，酱油调味
6⃣️盖上锅盖大火焖煮

Let's try making a dish similar to ones made in Dungeon Meshi! Of course, we'll need to substitute some ingredients; you can replace giant scorpion with seafood.

Dungeon Meshi Dish – Giant Scorpion and Walking Mushrooms Hotpot 🍄🦂

Ingredients: Giant scorpion, reverse-aged taro, fresh algae, dried slime, walking mushrooms, salt, soy sauce

Instructions:
1⃣️ Make sure to remove the claws, head, and tail from the giant scorpion. The tail can cause diarrhea. Make several cuts on the scorpion's body to make it easier to cook and extract flavor for the stock, making the whole dish more delicious. Roughly remove the organs, as they taste bitter and have an unpleasant texture.
2⃣️ Remove the bottom three centimeters and outside of the walking mushroom. The feet are delicious, though, so keep those.
3⃣️ Peel the taro, cut it in half, then pieces, and roughly rinse the algae.
4⃣️ Cut the dried slime into pieces.
5⃣️ Put the ingredients in the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and add salt and soy sauce to taste.
6⃣️ Cover the pot and simmer over high heat.
