Depending on the type of camera, the film is not made for it, anymore, so it would be fairly expensive. Polaroid film is pretty expensive, anyways, and it would be even more expensive to buy the film from someone who's just scrounging for lost things, rather than someone who can actually buy from a wholesaler.
All told, that price wouldn't be unreasonable. (Especially after Aya just practically robbed him of the camera, and he wants to make some sort of profit off of it.)
