    No it does not spell Madotsuki, though it might spell Madostuki if those circles after the "o" are actually an "s".

    To the Japanese, "tsu" is "tu". They consider it to be in the "te", "ta", "to", "ti" range and you'll frequently see it written as just "tu".

    MADO TSUKI Actually MADO TUKI in the Madoka runes, but this is clearly the artist writing つ as "tu" rather than "tsu".
