    At a guess, it's one of two things...

    Either Yoshika had to hold it in for as long as possible and failed miserably, OR she had to pee for as long as possible. I'm guessing it's the former, and she thinks she's still holding it in.

    I don't like talking about pee on the internet, but needs must etc.
