According to the Pixiv tags, that dark block is youkan, or sweet bean jelly. Do we have/need a tag for this? (I did a quick search and found one for an artist named Youkan, but there's a chance the food is listed under another name.)

for some reason tags been doing that for a while, I use to cheat and search part of a tag like "haruhi" so a whole list would pop up then click the one I really wanted to search for but for the past year or maybe longer it seems Danbooru wants you to be accurate on tag searches.

You need to use wildcards. "*haruhi*" will return the results you want.
