Didn't she throw those cards off of a boat? It's a nice detail that she's holding three cards (since Joey was able to save the other two), but how did she get them back?

Probably spent money buying them. We know Exodia isn't super rare like the Blue Eyes White Dragon cards were because that one Rare Hunter had three of every piece and even Kaiba's douchebag father had Exodia pieces (and Adrian in GX).

I don’t think the Rare Hunter should count, he admits in the manga his cards are counterfeits.
